The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.

- Sales Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure that the sales team meets or exceeds targets.
- Implement and maintain sales processes and best practices.

- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
