US Domestic Recruiter

The US Domestic Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions within the United States. This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. The US Domestic Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with staffing needs and contribute to the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
    • Address candidate inquiries and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Hiring and Onboarding:
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruiting partners.
    • Act as a liaison between candidates and the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on domestic recruitment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to assess candidates’ skills and fit for various roles.
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Web Developer

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications, from layout to function, according to the client’s specifications. This role involves ensuring websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance across various devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python).
    • Create responsive and adaptive designs to ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.
    • Implement website functionality and features based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI):
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional web pages.
    • Optimize website layouts, navigation, and user interactions to enhance user experience.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve website performance.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor and analyze website performance, including load times and responsiveness.
    • Implement performance improvements, such as code optimization, caching, and image compression.
  • Code Maintenance and Debugging:
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and security.
    • Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing websites and web applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
    • Communicate technical concepts and progress updates to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation for website code, functionality, and development processes.
    • Create user guides and manuals for website management and content updates.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Ensure websites are secure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Web Developer) are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a portfolio of completed projects.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Experience with back-end technologies: PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
    • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.
    • Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
